In ancient Greek and Roman cultures columbine was the plant of Aphrodite (Venus), the god of love & passion. Carrying a posy of it was said to arouse the affections of a loved one.

Sun prints capture the fleeting essence of nature in a beautiful print. The process involves coating paper with a light sensitive chemical, and then  placing a plant on top of the paper before exposing it to the suns natural UV rays to develop a unique image.
